Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Due to high demand, please allow approximately 6 to 12 business days for your BellyBelt to arrive after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs processing in your country.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Delays
Occasionally, delays can happen due to high volume, holidays, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
